John Lee is Chartered Accountant in Malaysia (MIA). He is also an ACCA Qualified Chartered Certified Accountant. He began his career at a Chartered Accounting Firm, where he gained over 6 years of experience in auditing and taxation.

Subsequently, he shifted his focus to corporate advisory with more than 5 years of experience, specializing in delivery of strategic planning, share structure, employee shares option scheme (ESOS), financial due diligence, business valuation, cash flow management, budgeting preparation, outsource CFO service, fundraising and merges & acquisition.

His strong extensive knowledge and experience enable him to assist clients to overcome business challenges effectively.

Darren Chong specialised in corporate compliance, supporting businesses in establishing operations in Singapore and Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Aberystwyth University.

With more than 8 years of experience, Darren began his career at a mid-sized firm, working with public and private companies. He gained expertise in compliance and reporting at an audit firm and further developed his skills at a venture capital firm and a law firm in Singapore, advising on regulatory matters and market entry strategies.

Now based in Singapore, Darren helps businesses navigate the complexities of setting up and expanding operations within the region while ensuring compliance.
