John Lee is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

He began his career at a chartered accounting firm, where he accumulated over seven years of experience in audit and taxation engagements, advising clients across multiple industries on statutory compliance and financial reporting matters.

John subsequently transitioned into corporate advisory, where he has over five years of experience supporting businesses on strategic and financial matters. His areas of specialisation include strategic planning, shareholding and capital structure design, employee share option schemes (ESOS), financial due diligence, business valuation, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, outsourced CFO services, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions.

With his strong technical foundation and extensive practical experience, John works closely with clients to address complex financial and operational challenges, and to support sustainable business growth and value creation.

Darren Chong specialises in corporate compliance and regulatory advisory, supporting businesses in establishing and structuring operations in Singapore and Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Aberystwyth University.

With over nine years of professional experience, Darren has advised both public and private companies across a broad range of industries. He began his career at a mid-sized professional services firm, where he was involved in corporate compliance and statutory reporting engagements. He subsequently deepened his expertise at an audit firm, focusing on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and reporting requirements, before joining a venture capital firm and later a law firm in Singapore. In these roles, he advised on regulatory frameworks, cross-border corporate structuring, and market entry strategies for regional and international clients.

Now based in Singapore, Darren leads and supports clients on corporate compliance, regulatory risk management, and business expansion across multiple jurisdictions. He works closely with entrepreneurs, multinational groups, and investment firms to ensure that their operations are established and maintained in full compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, while remaining commercially practical and efficient.
